Firefox extentions which will make you hate Internet Explorer
I know you already hate internet explorer, but there is never enough reason to hate it.
Here are some more you can tell your internet explorer friends about.
Ad Block Plus – I have no clue how I lived without this. It has changed the way I look at the internet. Its hard to browse without this. The extension will remove 90% of the ads on the net, and those of which that get through the filter can be blocked manually. Now that companies like comcast are adding bandwidth limit’s, this can help you take the useless load off.
Fox Marks – I don’t know about you but i have more that 2000 bookmarks and it keeps on growing and has become an asset, losing it would take me back a year. Foxmarks sync’s your bookmarks to your online account which you can use on multiple computers.
Customize Google – This allows you to customize most of the services google offers. You can remove the ad’s from all of its services and also add new features like google suggest and direct linking the images in the image search to the full size image.
Fire FTP – If you blog or have a website to maintain, this is a life saver. When I started blogging, adding plug ins and themes was a chore, now its just a click away.
Web Mail Notifier – This is a sweet little app that sits in your status bar, it will notify you of any email you receive on multiple accounts.
Download Helper – Allows you to download flash files and other media files.
Here you go, if you have more of them that take your breath away, let me know in the comments.

I’m all for firefox over IE but how do these extensions make me hate IE more? They don’t change the way I feel about IE at all. They only change the way I feel about firefox.

Well, if you don’t see any ads over all the websites , pop ups are history.
never loose any bookmarks.
customize Google to your preference
email notification for all your accounts.
No ads alone compelling enough for me, i think you should try using them and you will see how much IE sucked.

Problem is guys yes we all hate ie but you gotta always put the client first, they will most likely use ie to check their projects or work u done. So its best not to hate it too much, u might end up having diseases lol.
Remember 70% of market is ie’s. Yes i hate it too but its reality we cannot hide.

That is very true, i have stopped checking for compatibility for ie6, i am sick and tired of it, cant even use png image without trouble.
I just redirect ie6 users to download firefox or continue viewing it, i also tell them why they should change.
I think if all designers and developers did this we could stop such old technologies from holding back the creativity of the internet, and dream of living in an ie free world.
I still don’t mind people using ie7, as it is compatible enough not to annoy me, but ie6 drives me crazy.
Thanks for the comments

Its true we should forget about
Firebug [http://getfirebug.com/
Firebug integrates with Firefox to put a wealth of web development tools at your fingertips while you browse. You can edit, debug, and monitor CSS, HTML, and JavaScript live in any web page.
LiveCoder [http://getlivecoder.com/
LiveCoder extends Firebug by allowing developers to look at the Firefox chrome. It's especially valuable to developers building add-ons.
